Demonstrated here is a ShareThis popup in the node body and a Share popup in the links.
Version 2 of this module provides the ability to share content with people via a several different methods. Share also supports the addition of a Share This link/popup.
The Share module allows other modules to hook into Share as tabs in the Share popup window. Included currently in the Share package is a patch for the Service Links module to provide their services to the Share popup.
Included with Share is a module called Link Codes which provides a tab with codes that a user can copy to include in various sources like forums.
Several Share or ShareThis popups can be created and enabled at the same time, popups can also be restricted to certain content types or category terms. Popups can be displayed in links or in the node body itself; some popups can be shown in links and some in the node body. Different Share popups can hold their own unique combinations of tabs and their settings. ShareThis popups can also be customizable from each of their popups but contain global settings which apply to all ShareThis popups.
To enable the Service Links tab -- Service Links 5.x-1.1
- Apply the patch found in /share/service_links folder to service_links.module inside of the main Service Links folder.
- Copy the service_links.css file from /share/service_links into the main service links folder.
- Create/edit a Share popup and enable the newly available 'Social web' tab.
